Before you purchase:
When you schedule, or order from us your transaction is recorded and our team immediately goes to work for you. We block times on our schedule, deploy people and open access to digital products instantly. There is no way for us to pull this back. Before you purchase, ensure your commitment to the item you selected.
Attendance: It is your responsibility to arrive in a timely manner. Failure to arrive at the location of your workshop within 10 minutes of starting time forces a reschedule. No call no show forfeits an opportunity to reschedule.
If we don’t hear from you within 2 hours of your scheduled workshop time, you are tagged as a no call no show. We always attempt to find all attendants. If you falter, we do all we can within reason to help you reschedule. However, we can’t always guarantee this due to limited seating.

Pre Configuration Session:
During your Pre Configuration session we set your payment integrations to comply with banking rules. If you do not have a business bank account, you will delay payment integrations and your Booking site will not work as intended. We use Stripe for Secure payments and comply with their terms of service. We don’t charge mark up on your Merchant Connection. In fact, you will manage you own payments via your own Stripe Dashboard. This is your Website. We help you Configure, Customize to Go Live.
If you do not attend your Pre Configuration Session before your workshop day, you must reschedule workshop day.
We do not offer refunds.
However, we understand things happen. Therefore, you may reschedule for any reason within 90 days.
We are based in Florida where natural disasters can cause issues beyond our control. We extend all delivery times to 10 extra days in the event of a natural disaster.
However If you can not attend or receive our products due to a Documented Natural Disaster or Documented Hardship (Disability, Death, Death of Spouse, Child, Parent, Sister, Brother, Grandparent any relative) we give you your monies back minus merchant charges & fees.
Everyone has consumer rights and we comply with them all. Therefore we record all purchases and share records with banks, and credit card companies to help prevent fraud.
Please make your purchases in good faith to complete your workshop. We will also deliver all services, and products in good faith. If we fail on our part, we sadly give you your money back. All we ask is for an opportunity to understand our errors and if possible, we will correct them.
