SUNBURST™ WORKSHOP ATTENDANCE POLICY

SUNBURST™ workshops begin promptly at the scheduled start time listed during enrollment and within your workshop confirmation materials.

Participants may self-reschedule their workshop enrollment for any reason up to 12 hours before the scheduled workshop start time by using the customer panel link provided in the welcome email.

To maintain workshop flow and respect the learning experience of all attendees, workshops begin on time and continue as scheduled regardless of attendance size. SUNBURST™ workshops are not canceled due to low attendance and may proceed even with a single registered participant.

Because workshop content builds from the beginning of the session, participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled workshop start time may be automatically rescheduled to a future workshop date.

We do not restart workshops or backtrack once instruction has begun.

If you are running late or unable to attend safely, please prioritize safety first.

Participants arriving beyond the attendance window may request a same-day reschedule by emailing:

We will do our best to help you transition into a future workshop date whenever possible.

SUNBURST™ WORKSHOP MATERIALS & LEARNING SUPPORT

All SUNBURST™ workshop participants receive access to structured learning materials designed to support operational understanding, reinforce key concepts, and improve Florida real estate exam readiness.

Workshop materials may include:
• Digital flashcards for vocabulary reinforcement
• Online access to Florida-specific real estate learning content and study materials
• Practice questions and guided review exercises
• Structured workshop notes and learning activities
• Operational study guidance and implementation strategies

Unlike strict self-paced online learning environments where students are often left isolated, overwhelmed, or stuck trying to interpret difficult concepts alone, SUNBURST™ workshops are built around guided interaction and structured support.

Participants receive access to a real, live facilitator who actively guides the learning experience, helps simplify confusing concepts, encourages discussion, and supports participants throughout the workshop process.

SUNBURST™ workshops are intentionally designed to create a more interactive, organized, and confidence-building educational experience — not just another information overload session.

SUNBURST™ WORKSHOP FORMAT

The SUNBURST™ Florida Real Estate Recovery Workshop is designed as a structured operational learning experience that combines guided review, individualized reinforcement, interactive discussion, and focused implementation exercises.

The workshop format is intentionally organized to help participants reduce overwhelm, improve comprehension, and rebuild confidence before retesting.

1. INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Before the workshop, participants may complete an optional initial assessment designed to help identify:
• high-confusion topics
• vocabulary weaknesses
• math concerns
• study gaps
• confidence barriers
• operational learning needs

This assessment helps guide workshop focus and allows participants to begin identifying areas requiring additional attention before workshop day.

2. PRE-WORK (NON-MANDATORY — HIGHLY ENCOURAGED)

Participants may receive optional pre-work materials before the workshop, which may include:
• vocabulary review
• flashcards
• practice questions
• foundational concept review
• math refreshers
• operational study guidance

Pre-work is not required for attendance, but participants who complete the materials often arrive more prepared and ready to engage in workshop discussions and exercises.

3. WORKSHOP DAY EXPERIENCE

Workshop day is designed as an interactive operational learning environment — not a passive lecture session.

Participants can expect:
• guided concept breakdowns
• vocabulary clarification

The SUNBURST™ “Math Madness” section is designed to help simplify common real estate math concepts through:

• simplified explanations
• operational examples
• practice reinforcement
• discussion and clarification

The focus is not speed memorization.

The focus is improving understanding and reducing fear surrounding real estate math concepts.
